Do you take insurance?

No, I do not take any insurances and am considered an out-of-network provider. I am able to create a superbill for you to submit to insurance but cannot guarantee any reimbursement. You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Please reach out by completing the contact form on this website. I will follow up by email to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to determine if it's a good fit and to discuss scheduling options.

How long are sessions?

Play therapy sessions are 45 minutes. Parent consultation sessions last anywhere from 45-60 minutes. Clinical supervision is 60 minutes.

How often do we meet?

I like to begin with a weekly time slot in order to build strong rapport with my clients. Frequency can be adjusted based on need once a solid therapeutic relationship has been established. Parent consultation sessions can be scheduled by parents on an as-needed basis.

Do I meet with clients virtually?

I do not meet with child clients virtually for session. I prefer in-person meetings with parents and guardians though can meet with them virtually if needed. Clinical supervision can be conducted in-person or virtually.

Do you prescribe medications?

No, I do not prescribe medication or provide supplements. If you wish to explore medication management, referrals can be provided.
